Can I order more copies?
  Photos, slides, and negatives are kept on archive for up to 30 days in case you want us to make additional copies. After this we can still help with copies but would need you to send back your CD or DVD to make a copy of it for you.
Do I get my photos and other media back?
  Everything you send us is sent back to you in a carefully packaged box or envelope. The standard service is shipped using Fedex home or ground delivery service. You can choose an express level of service on checkout. All packages ship without signature required on delivery. If you require a signature delivery, please let us know. Requiring signature can prevent the package from being left in an un-secure location. We can provide shipping insurance, if requested.
How do I send my media to Save the Image?
  We recommend packing your items in a sturdy box that does not allow much shifting. Additionally putting your media into a plastic bag (sandwich bags are great for this!), will help to protect against moisture. Send your media with a tracking number either through Fedex or US Post.

How long do I have to review my order once I receive it back?
  You have 7 days from the time your order is delivered back to you to review for any inaccuracies. If we have made a mistake we will glady re-scan or digitally fix the image.

What happens once my media reaches Save the Image
  Once we receive your media you will receive an email and your online account (we will create one for you if you did not place the order online) will reflect that we have everything and have begun to process the order. Once your order has been carefully digitized, it is placed back on the shelf until it has passed a quality review check. At this point everything is packaged and a shipping tracking number is sent to you.
What kind of media do I get back?
  Depending on the quantity and type of conversion you will get back either a CD, DVD or external hard drive. The DVDs we use are of the highest quality to ensure highest compatibility. We do not lock anything we send back to you, so you can easily make copies.
Where is the work completed?
  We do not ship any of your materials over seas. All work is done in the USA. Photographs, slides, negatives, film and most tape formats are done at our main office in Portland, Maine. Umatic and other specialty formats are done with our partner who specializes in these formats.
How do I buy/redeem a gift certificate?

How do I find my product?
  To find the product(s) you're looking for, you may (1) use the navigation menus on the top, left & bottom of our website. (2) type a keyword into the SEARCH box. If you have any trouble locating a product, feel free to contact customer service for assistance.
How do I navigate the site?
  To navigate this website, simply click on a category you might be interested in. Categories are located on the top, left & bottom of our website. QUICK TIP: Place your mouse cursor over anything you think could be a clickable link. You'll notice that anytime you scroll over something that is a link, your mouse cursor will become a "hand". Whereas scrolling over anything that is NOT a link will leave your cursor as an "arrow". You may also type a keyword into the SEARCH box to quickly find a specific product. How do I use a coupon?
  After adding items to your cart, click the "View Cart" link at the top of this site to view your cart. At the bottom of the shopping cart you'll see a box where you may enter your coupon code.
