| Do you ship to my country? |

Please create an account by clicking the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. During signup we'll ask for your shipping address details including country. If your country is not in the dropdown menu of available countries, unfortunately we cannot ship to your country at this time. |
| What are my payment choices? |

During the checkout process you may choose any of our current payment options and continue to place your order. Please note that we will not ship your order until we receive payment from you unless you have been pre-approved for credit and we have a purchase order on file. |
| When will my order ship and what are my shipping charges? |

We offer Fedex Ground/Home d=Delivery, 2nd Day Express, and Next Day delivery. We also offer US Post First Class and Priority Mail service. All rates are automatically calculated based on the estimated weight of your media. We review these charges once we have your media to ensure accurate calculation. Final cost is our rate from the carrier plus $2 to $4 to cover handling and packaging. Please contact us with any questions regarding shipping costs.
To see the rates simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.
While in our possession you can check the status of your order at any time by logging into your account or calling/writing to us. Once the project has been completed and we have received your payment, you will get a tracking number to track the return of your order. |
